If you are experienced in the Early Childhood sector, hold a tertiary qualification in an allied health field, are registered with APHRA, have a Paediatric Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy background, and want to make a difference in the lives of children experiencing developmental delays and disabilities, you might be exactly the person we're looking for!

As part of our transdisciplinary team spanning Ipswich, QLD, ACT, South-West Sydney, NSW, EACH is looking for a Clinical Practice/Team Lead to lead a team of professionals who work with families and their children to understand and best support their developmental journey.

What you’ll be doing
The Clinical Practice/Team Lead will use their expertise in ECEI best practice approach and NDIS ‘reasonable and necessary’ legislation to build the capacity of staff to deliver consistent, high-quality work practices to support children 0-6 years with a developmental delay or disability.

You will have practice-related supervisory responsibility for a number of ECEI Coordinators and will work in a collaborative way with the Regional Lead as well as the Senior Practice/Team Lead to perform these functions.

You will lead consistency of practice across the team through a range of activities including practice forums, identification of professional development opportunities, and the development of tools to support practice. You will be responsible for keeping up to date with current best-practice models and changes to the NDIS legislation and ensure updated information is provided to the team and embedded in daily practice.

The Clinical Practice/Team Lead is responsible for developing a quality system and conduct quality checks of written documentation and reasonable and necessary recommendations prior to submission to the NDIS and ensure team and individual KPIs and other deliverables are met.

Who you’ll be working with
Reporting to the Senior Clinical Practice/Team Lead, you will be working with a diverse team of ECEI Coordinators, Team Leaders, and Administration Officers with support from the Regional Manager.

We Partner with the NDIS to support families and children with developmental delays and disabilities to access early intervention that will help them to develop the skills they need to take part in everyday activities and to be included in family and community life.
