We require an experienced digital producer with an agency background and a passion for project management to join our thriving team.

You’ll be responsible for making things happen, everything from the initiation of a project to reporting on delivery across a variety of channels.

The role

• Project manage digital projects across, web, mobile, email and social deliverables.
• Develop relationships with internal teams, external suppliers and clients to build trust.
• Manage all aspects of end to end project management, including budgets, timelines and resourcing and project status reporting.
• Liaising with and managing UX/UI, design and development resources, with both internal and external teams.
• Functional requirements gathering, scoping and estimating digital projects.

You will need

• To have an agency background as a digital producer with a minimum of 4-5 years experience.
• First-rate project management skills with an ability to manage and deliver multiple channel projects including web, mobile, email, social, search, display and e-dm.
• Outstanding attention to detail, loads of initiative and motivation to learn new digital tools.
• The ability to work with a variety of CMS platforms and a keen eye for UI/UX.
• Experienced in delivering projects worth $1m per annum along with multiple concurrent projects with budgets around $300K.
• Being skilled in Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Hubspot) and marketing automation campaign management and basic HTML would be a bonus.
• Intermediate to advanced G-Suite and Microsoft competencies.
• Interest in innovation and technologies with outstanding communication skills.
