Developer Programmer
- Full time position

Visicase Australia Pty Limited is the software development company developing award-winning case management system for the delivery of services in the aged care, disability, and mental health sector.
We are seeking a Developer Programmer to join our fast-growing company. As a Developer Programmer you will be undertaking the following duties:
- To undertake design, development, research and analysis and evaluation of participating systems and their data models involved in the solution and undertake an analysis of business requirements in order to design the service data model;
- To research, evaluate and recommend solutions and appropriate technology to meet user's needs based on interpretation of specifications, technical designs, and flow charts;
- To translate the solutions into detailed program specifications and prepare detailed logical designs to establish the order in which data is processed and the sequence of operations;
- To arrange project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements, preparing a workflow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic.
- Reviewing and resolving application errors, faults and bugs and ensuring applications perform to specification and deliver desired solutions by reducing the complexity of the program codes and by using software engineering techniques such as refactoring and performing low to medium complexity source code development.
- To write specifications for computer systems and assist with producing the components of computer programs.
- To test the validity and logic of programs and make necessary amendments by testing, debugging, diagnosing, and correcting errors in the applications programming language to ensure programs and applications perform to specification;
- To prepare reports, manuals and documentation on the status, operation, and maintenance of system software for use by computer equipment suppliers, as necessary.
The position will report to the Program Director.
The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
Successful applicants must have:
- At least Bachelor degree qualification or higher.
- At least 2 years previous relevant experience or more in a similar role.
- Strong familiarity with the digital environment using Agile / Scrum methodology.
- A sound knowledge of .NET 4.x and C#, ASP.NET, T-SQL, Unit Testing, GIT, and familiarity with Dynamics CRM/365 SDK, Javascript, HTML/CSS.
- In-depth understanding of digital concepts, theories, and technologies, specifically mobility, process automation and data analytics.
