TKG Platform - Travel Key Gateway - is owned by the Tweet World Travel Group. Tweet World Travel Group is an Australian owned company and is an Australia's leading Travel Wholesaler, Tour Operator and Travel Technology company.
TKG Platform's mission is to help travel companies to grow their business with the right travel tech solutions. TKG PLATFORM provides All-in-one Travel Tech solutions to Retail Agencies, Online Travel Agencies, Tour Operators and Travel Wholesalers with a built-in e-commerce website and comprehensive travel platform, travel apps, white label and API solutions to the Australian and global travel industry.
Qualifications & experience
- Having at least 1 years of full stack experience
- Industry experience or relevant IT - software or programming qualifications
- Experience in API calling and distribution
- Experience in PHP development and PHP frameworks
- Experience in front-end frameworks. Strong experience in front end template applications (for e-commerce website)
- SQL knowledge is preferred, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS is required along with REST APIs
- Experience with E-commerce systems, integrations and payment gateways
- Proven experience designing and delivering APIs and web services
- Good time management, coordination, multi-tasking, accuracy and high attention to detail
- Good phone communication and interpersonal skills. Must be well-presented, good phone etiquette and excellent command of English
Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop, test, document and implement programs on multiple platforms: mobile, applications and web in association with API development, integration and distribution
- Working across all desktop, smartphone and tablet platforms (iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Chrome, Firefox, Safari & IE)
- Test, maintain programs and recommend improvements to ensure strong functionality and optimisation
- Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability
- Provide comprehensive support to customers; achieve resolution to outstanding problems or issues. Resolve complex technical issues.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively and professionally with team members, peer partners and clients
- Troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently to ensure a productive workplace. Make good technical decisions that provide solutions to business challenges
- Ensure security, actively seek ways to improve business processes and interactions by using current application
- Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members when necessary
