We are a leading First Aid Training Provider based in Sydney requiring an experienced Administration Assistant. The Company offers First Aid and CPR training for clients all around Sydney.

Ideally to qualify for this position you will have experience in the following administration applications:

. Experience using MS Office Suite and Email program plus CRM software

. A sound knowledge of Quickbooks Accounts accounting software would be of advantage and further training will be provided.

. A flexible quick learner with customer online orders/reservations and staff scheduling 

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

. Competent typing skills and the ability to write email correspondence

. A genuine desire to work as part of a team.

. The ability to work unsupervised.

Experience in Education industry an advantage.

The position is full time - Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm.

The successful applicant will need to be available to work longer hours where necessary to assist our administration team.
