We now have an opening for a Account Director who is passionate about working with brands pushing the boundaries of what's possible in fintech, enterprise, health or science tech.

The role you’ll play

As an Account Director you’ll provide high quality strategic comms counsel, develop audience-first strategies and lead teams of ambitious go-getters to execute. You’ll also get stuck into agency projects, help grow the business and expand our services.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

  • Have 6+ years of experience (ideally in a PR agency) 
  • Have a passion and demonstrated success working with consumer or business brands 
  • Have excellent and succinct communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Have proven team leadership and mentor skills
  • Be capable of driving strategy and creative of a number of campaigns/accounts, ensuring satisfaction across your client portfolio
  • Build, nurture, and grow relationships with top tier media, influencers, stakeholders and industry bodies
  • Be familiar with and/or able to develop scopes of work, manage service levels with meeting deliverables, while keeping teams engaged and motivated 
  • Be creative and curious in nature and ready to question everything
  • Know how to take your work seriously without taking yourself too seriously

Salary range for this role is $100,000 to $110,000 including superannuation, depending on experience.
