Your new company
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a residential Sales Executive to join Canberra's first powerhouse residential Property Developer who have capabilities across development, construction, hospitality management, investment, sales and conveyancing.

Your new role

  • Meet with clients to offer real estate deals
  • Conduct face to face meetings and sales presentations
  • Proactively follow up active leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Complete sales and marketing administration tasks
  • Ensure sales target KPIs are being met
  • Maintain a CRM database
  • Maintain sales display suites
  • Participate in seminars and conferences
  • Conduct property inspections to ensure terms and conditions of sales are met

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant qualifications would be advantageous
  • Great personal presentation
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Goal orientated
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential sales
