We are currently seeking the right individual to join our talented team. The current position requires proficient skills with Auto Cad, Sketch-Up, construction knowledge, and verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
- Proficient with Autocad & Sketch Up
- Construction Document Preparation
- Plant Knowledge
- Experience with 3D Rendering
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in residential architecture and landscape design
- An understanding of regulatory permit requirements, land development practices, zoning and subdivision approval processes and land use planning principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Assist with exterior landscape/hardscape design, including overall styling finish/material stylings and selections.
