  • Identify and handle customer enquiries completely and accurately
  • Process customers sales orders and/or other related orders
  • Manage and resolve customer returns and claims
  • Resolve customer complaints and problems to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Use customer service skills to optimise the opportunity of each customer contact
  • Monitor Accounts Receivable ageing reports to ensure all customers are financial
  • Assist in the running and cross-referencing of audit control reports.
  • Assist management in special projects as required.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • SAP R3 Experience and intermediate MS office skills.
  • Strong customer focus, with the ability to deal with a diverse group of customers in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Consistently able to work without supervision.
  • Must be well organized and able to work under pressure.
  • Ability to analyse information and make appropriate decisions and suggestions
