The firm provides a suite of legal services necessary to help small businesses grow, including, acquisitions disposals and/or leasing of commercial property, corporate restructuring, intellectual property, employment, litigation and dispute resolution, and whatever ancillary needs as and when they arise.



Minimum requirements:

• Minimum 4 years PAE in Commercial Law in private practice
• Strong drafting skills
• Inherent business acumen
