The Position

We are looking for a highly motivated team member to join our close knit team at our Balwyn Branch. Our most successful team members are adaptable, resilient with a can-do attitude. Most of the time you will:

Provide excellent customer service and product advice to our customers
Sales service at the counter, taking phone orders, enquiries, quoting and follow up
Stock, orders, dispatch of goods
Participate in learning and other team activities
Contribute to maintaining the store's profile and presentation
Occasionally driving the company vehicle to deliver products to local customers.
This is permanent role with a stable roster M-F and fortnightly on Saturday from 8am-12noon.

About You

Excellent customer service skills and prepared to go the extra mile.
A team player
Confident and credible with trade customers and builders
Basic computer skills
Full Drivers License (manual preferred)
Prior experience in the plumbing supplies or similar industry is an advantage.
