About the Company:
Our client, a leading Real Estate Agent in the Bendigo area is seeking a professional, customer-focused Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to join their close-knit team.
About the Role:
- First point of contact over the phone, via email and in person.
- Responding to rental and sales enquiries and directing to relevant team members.
- Uploading rental & sales properties to online portals.
- Managing social media platforms.
- Brochure preparation and marketing material.
- Ad hoc administration and support duties as required.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and social media.
- Enthusiastic, friendly and customer-focused attitude.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and a varied workload.
- Fantastic phone manner and excellent customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and help in other areas of the business.
- Strong written and verbal communicational skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
