The Role

  • Continuing, Part time (26.5 hours per week)
  • Level 1 - $36,479 to $38,117 (plus 17% superannuation)
  • 1 x Bathurst, 1 x Wagga Wagga

As the Services Assistant, you will provide quality hospitality and retail services in a range of outlets with varying service demands. In this role you will also assist in maintaining the physical environments and work as part of a team to develop and improve operations.

The Service Assistant participates in a rostering system and shifts and weekend work are determined by the Supervisor.

To be successful you will have:

  • Ability to work in a high volume operation in the hospitality/retail industry
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare hot and cold beverages to a consistently high standard and knowledge of safe food handling practices.
  • Proven ability to work in a team environment with an understanding of excellent customer service practices.
  • Basic understanding of risk management principles and processes, including implementation of risk reduction strategies.
