About the Role

The Academic Administrator & Exam Co-ordinator (IB, HSC and Non-ATAR) role-holder reports to the Senior School Administration Manager (Academic/Pastoral) with oversight from both the Director of Academic Education and the Director of Student Development, it is a key role in the School, expected to provide administrative support across the Senior School in this capacity. A full-time position, the role is pivotal in the management of Senior School Academic Data and Records and related administration, ensuring all disciplines across the School are input, proactively managed, distributed, updated and evaluated ensuring that all requirements set by external governing bodies are fulfilled in a timely manner. In addition, the role-holder will be the Exam Co-ordinator across Disciplines for the School and will work closely with Heads of Department, Teachers and Directors to facilitate all exam requirements.

About You

The role-holder is expected to demonstrate:
demonstrated experience with School management database systems (Synergetic would be highly regarded).
knowledge of NESA Schools online, NAPLAN-PAR, Managebac and MyIB
intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel desirable)
records database management
high level written and communication skills
the ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team
ability to coordinate conflicting schedules
exam coordination experience (highly regarded)
