We have a fantastic opportunity for an innovative, creative and passionate Communications and Marketing Coordinator to join our Team.

Located in our Sydney office but with a national focus on growing our brands, you will be working alongside our Head of Marketing to continue our growth within the Insolvency and Advisory industry.

We are a young, vibrant, and energetic work environment and are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude. Working closely with our internal teams and external agencies. Naturally, you will have excellent communication skills, be organised and ready for a challenge.

As a key part of the team, you will be responsible for all things marketing, and communications with a creative skill set enabling you to brainstorm new ideas. This is an exciting opportunity to develop multiple brands and take ownership of the role and make it your own.

The role:

  • Work with our digital agencies to optimise content for SEO.
  • Management of brand websites, including upload of all content via our CMS system.
  • Build and manage the company’s social media profiles and presence including community management of our social channels Linked In, Instagram, Twitter, Google, and Facebook.
  • Report on marketing initiatives success, working closely with our digital agencies to hit KPIs.
  • Increase followers and engagement on social channels.
  • Optimise our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes with the use of our Salesforce platform.
  • Development and execution of a rolling 12-month communications plan, including automated customer journeys to our referral network.
  • Manage customer communications, including template designs, calls-to-action, and content.
  • Secure speaking spots at industry and relevant events.
  • Collaborate with prominent members of the company, including executives, to craft and pitch press releases and thought leadership columns.

The successful candidate will have/be:

  • 2 to 5 years’ marketing experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Experience with SalesForce or similar platforms
  • Ability to think creatively and outside the box
  • Ability to multitask and think independently
  • Team player
  • Motivated and dedicated to the task at hand
  • Have advanced Microsoft office skills
  • Have strong attention to detail
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
