Our Urban Development team manage a broad and exciting range of projects including management of civil works projects, subdivisions, greenfield and brownfield projects, amongst other general urban development and regeneration projects with a focus on balancing the growth, resilience and liveability of our Cities. 

We are entering an exciting phase of growth and our Urban team is seeking a Senior Project Manager to deliver projects with a focus on Subdivision and Civil works.

To be considered for this position you will have:

  • A tertiary degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management or similar related discipline
  • 10 years plus experience managing and delivering projects with a focus on subdivision and/or Civil
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills adapting to a broad base of stakeholders with the capability to bring confidence 
  • Manage, lead and inspire effective project teams dedicated to the delivery of superior results
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a highly disciplined approach to project management
  • Strong networker - build a network with peers and industry colleagues with a view to sharing industry knowledge and opportunities
