Your Role


We have an exciting opportunity for newly created Sales Manager roles in our Brand Partnerships team, working as Industry Leads. Industry Leads will be responsible for the day to day management of Client Partners, our front-line senior sellers, as well as driving strategy and growth in the verticals they cover. In addition, as we are in our scale-up phase, there may be some requirement to "roll up your sleeves" with our sellers: creating decks, co-pitching at meetings and potentially carrying short-term sales targets in "player-coach mode". Industry Leads will work with various stakeholders and teams across the organisation both locally and internationally to help scale our business. As a seasoned Sales Manager, this opportunity will see you using your network and skills to establish and strengthen key client relationships with a focus on driving revenue. Success in this position requires a focus on showing, not just telling; delivering on strategy to grow revenue and the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast paced work environment.


Responsibilities


- Manage and develop a team of 5+ Client Partners to deliver results against set targets

- Work hands-on with the team in pitch creation and opportunity scoping, potentially managing some revenue in the short-term as we scale

- Provide regular sales coaching, as well as career development for the team

- Develop strategic direction for industries and guide the team to execute on them

- Work cross-functionally with Product, Trade Marketing, Client Solutions and Sales Operations to realise strategic plans

- Own some senior client relationships and establish yourself as a leader in the industry

- Take the initiative and operate with a high degree of autonomy


Qualifications


- At least 8+ years of experience in digital advertising sales experience

- At least 3+ years of management experience of a team of 4 or more

- Experience managing branding advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges

- Experience helping clients execute custom branded campaigns

- Excellent collaboration skills

- Ability to coach sales teams with proven success

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking

- Have a passion for TikTok
