It is in this context that we are looking for a CommPay Consultant to join our Advice division.



The Role

Reporting directly to the Senior CommPay Consultant, you will work as part of a project team to provide revenue administration service to our representatives and business partners around Australia for MLC Transitioning Advisers.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to deliver day to day activities to reach team goals and customer satisfaction in relation to MLC transition, including TenFifty, Godfrey Pembroke, MLC Advice and other MLC advisers as required
  • Ensure best practice is adopted and that streamlining of processes occurs as required
  • Internally track and manage transition progress for advisers and their practices
  • Communicate any business risk or function deficiency to manager
  • Ensure checklists, policies and procedures are current, accurate and compliant
  • Management and resolution of queries via phone and e-mail
  • Participate in MLC Transition revenue related projects as required
  • Liaise with IOOF Licensee Revenue team as required to deliver all MLC revenue-related and client transition activities



To Be Successful in This Role You Will Possess:

  • Qualification or experience in the Finance/Superannuation Industry
  • Strong experience in similar role
  • Advanced level in Microsoft Office products
  • Exposure to technology and software applications; in particular CommPay and/or XPlan.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical skills and accurate numerical & literacy skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and multitask
  • Desire and willingness to collaborate positively with others, and contribute to the team
