What You’ll Do

As the Digital & Customer Data Optimisation Analyst, you will deliver analysis, requirements gathering, and process mapping to support the management of digital optimisation & data/audience building projects and initiatives through Adobe Experience Platform and into Adobe Target and/or the CMS, digital advertising and CRM channels.

You will design processes, measurement standards and key metrics to prioritise and drive decision making for digital campaigns through AEP. These will include cross-channel customer targeting initiatives and experience optimisation strategies.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience in digital marking analytics, platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics
  • Experience in A/B Testing tools such as Adobe Target
  • Sound understanding of modern digital marketing technology & trends.
  • Business and/or System Analysis skills and experience such as requirements definition/ user story creation, information gathering, discovery and/or specification development
  • Experience in process mapping, business case development, benefits capture/realisation, and presentations
  • Solid experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodology (Agile preferred)
  • Experience with Confluence and JIRA
