About the position


Working with business stakeholders, and the digital project and development team, this role will manage the Domino’s digital customer experience projects including user testing initiatives, conversion rate optimisation, and AB testing. Provide assistance to the promotions and brand marketing team with online ordering and promotional website functionality. Assist with website performance analysis for reporting and problem-solving eCommerce challenges.

Key Relationships

Required to work directly and collaboratively with the Digital team and IT to manage the delivery of digital projects, and AB tests related to the ongoing improvement of Customer Experience elements for Domino’s.


Required to liaise with and assist the IT development team in implementing digital customer experience projects and tests.


Work with the CRO and AB testing development team to prioritise and sponsor all AB testing initiatives.


Work with the Brand and promotion team to implement features designed to improve the performance of campaigns


Work with all key stakeholders across various business units and markets, on a case by case basis, to deliver digital customer experience projects.


Qualifications

Relevant tertiary certificate/degree qualification and a minimum of five years proven experience in similar roles (conversion rate testing and project delivery).


Knowledge and Skills you should have

  • Proven success in managing and executing website testing and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Can manage and convey stakeholder requirements to IT.
  • Experience conducting user testing research and labs for the purpose of improving eCommerce experiences on website and apps.
  • Excellent proficiency with website analytics (Google Analytics), CRO tools and BI data to report on tests.
  • Excellent understanding of website and application analytics and how to derive insights from multiple data sources to improve eCommerce customer experiences.
  • Experience using statistical analysis to understand the impact of changes in UI and UX on revenue and conversion.
  • A proven ability to work with internal and external parties to deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Can demonstrate experience using various front-end technology (CSS, HTML, JS, Jquery etc) and how these are used to implement UI concepts.
  • High level presentation skills with experience in presenting to all levels of business.
  • Experience managing digital customer experience projects for an eCommerce businesses.
