Period of Appointment

Fixed term for a period of three (3) years

Hours per fortnight

73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available. 


  1. Develop new and enhance digital components of existing online and blended learning courses to ensure the design, content, associated media, and interface all work seamlessly to provide valuable learning experiences for adult learners.
  2. Based on provided content, produce a range of learning materials, educational tools and resources intended for internal or external use. This may include presentations, slides, handouts, activities, script development, and video production.
  3. Maintain and continually develop the Commission’s digital learning environment and programs, including supporting public authorities and public officers seeking to engage with the Commission’s online education modules.
  4. Coordinate the Commission’s online presence, including continuing to develop and maintain the Commission’s website, ancillary software and ICT platforms, online content, and any associated publishing activities.
  5. Undertake and coordinate the Misconduct Prevention team’s data collection and reporting activities which will support the measurement of the effectiveness of our engagement strategies and an evidence-base to support the operational effectiveness of the team. 
  6. Produce high-quality written documentation, including reports intended for internal or external use, as well as guidelines and technical documentation.
  7. The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.

Desirable Requirements

  1. Tertiary qualifications in eLearning, instructional design or relevant discipline, with subsequent workplace experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
  2. Experience administering or using the following platforms and software (or equivalent):
  • Moodle Learning Management System
  • SCORM authoring tools (Articulate 360, Rise)
  • Squiz Matrix Web CMS
  • Adobe Creative Cloud suite
