JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an opportunity for an experienced Staff Specialist/Senior Staff Specialist Urology to deliver quality specialist care in our Urology Unit, in Toowoomba.
About the Role
You will provide direct clinical services and optimal patient care to individuals presenting with Urological problems, including the both elective and emergent Urological surgical procedures. You will also provide information, support, education and training in the prevention and treatment of Urological injuries and contribute medical expertise to the development of a comprehensive range of health services, designed to minimise and prevent the incidence of Urological related injuries. A high level of interpersonal communication skills are essential, as is an empathetic, kind and supportive approach with our patients. You will be committed to quality improvement, patient safety and a passion for continued self-education and development.
