JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced, energetic, and hard-working Chef who is ready to be a part of our fast paced and efficient work environment whom we can add to our expanding team and business

We are open all 7 days from:

Monday 6am to 3pm, Tuesday 6am to 3pm, Wednesday 6am to 3pm, Thursday 6am to 3pm, Friday 6am to 3pm, Saturday 7am to 3pm, Sunday 7am to 3pm

Duties will be (though not limited to);

  •  food handling
  • food preparation
  • stock rotation
  • adherance to health and workplace safety and regulations

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

Should have completed at least Certificate III and Certificate IV in Hospitality trade

Have at least 4 years of previous work experience as a cook/chef in Australian Cuisine

Should be able to work as per the rotating roaster
