Description

You will be responsible for;

  • Making the customer experience a point of differentiation in delighting customers to build customer advocacy
  • Processing customer requests through to successful completion in a courteous, effective and efficient manner
  • Demonstrating a thorough understanding and detailed knowledge of the products and services
  • Pro-actively achieve individual sales and referral targets across a broad range of retail banking, wealth management and small and medium business products
  • Contributing to the development and execution of branch development and sales plans
  • Undertake banking transaction responsibilities as required supporting branch customer service delivery

ABOUT YOU

Mandatory requirements;

  • Sales and Service Experience in a Customer Facing Role
  • Successful candidates are expected to complete their FSRA/Teir2 accreditation
  • Prior experience also preferred

The preferred candidate will;

  • Be warm, friendly and love sharing knowledge
  • Enjoy meeting people and building relationships with customers
  • Have 2+ years in retail or customer service experience, or you just like helping people
  • Understand customers’ needs and enjoy connecting them with the right solutions
  • Engage well with others and are passionate about providing an exemplary customer experience
  • Be a team player who thinks quickly on your feet
  • Be excited about the prospect of growing and learning in a changing environment
  • Have the ability to maintain composure and customer focus while multitasking in a fast paced working environment
  • Have some experience in motivating team members to achieve a common goal
  • Collaborate with colleagues to do what it takes to delight customers
