JOB DESCRIPTION

We need a dedicated Marketing Specialist to drive our business forward and grow new opportunities and leads in these current turbulent and troubling times. 

Job Role includes:

  • New and existing brand development and research and advising on strategies and marketing plans within the organisation for its services 

  • Planning and implementing seasonal promotion and marketing strategies, to support business growth. Evaluates the competitive environment and the positioning of existing competitors in a similar environment to our business.

  • Coordinating with website and social media designers within the organisation to identify marketing opportunities and direct the implementation of these marketing plans and strategies, including price, promotion, product and place (Four “P’s marketing mix concept”)

  • In collaboration with the website and social media designers, to manage, direct and coordinate the artwork, copywriting, media scripting, media placement, within time and budget constraints and ensure efficient and effective implementation of these

  • Analysing internal consumer data for clients current and future consumer trends to facilitate and implement marketing strategies

  • Investigate, set up and implement a variety of events/functions within the business.

  • Analyse and action appropriate media channels to promote the brand, include online and offline platforms.

  • Creating brand awareness by social media platforms and advertising.

  • Developing and implementing marketing and sales policies and campaigns to support objectives.

  • Coordinating creation of advertising campaigns involving specialised activities, such as design, copywriting, media scripting, video production and media placement, within time and budget constraints.

  • Monitoring business performance, consumer patterns and preferences to find current and future trends by business intelligence.

  • Communicates, interacts and negotiates internally and externally using suitable techniques to enable the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

  • Researching and identify existing and new products and services, outline market opportunities and potential demand to facilitate and implement marketing strategies

  • Support business growth and development through marketing plans within budget

  • Marketing advice and support for products, services, pricing, advertising, sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels

  • Communicates, interacts and negotiates internally and externally using suitable techniques to enable the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships.

Qualifications + Experience:

  • Preferably 3 years experience 

  • Bachelor/Masters in Marketing or similar

  • Team Management Experience
