Our client in the Global Technology Industry is looking for a highly experienced and committed Maximo Consultant to join a team of IT professionals.

About the role

In this key position you will be working for variety of critical client engagements with some of Australia's largest and most successful clients. In this role you will be given the opportunity to make a tangible contribution to the continued innovation and success of the company.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead/drive requirements gathering workshops for blueprint design purposes
  • Provide solution design experience in recommending and assessing design solutions and alternatives
  • Provide industry expertise on all Work and Asset Management process areas
  • Provide input and recommendation on technical implications of specific design solutions
  • Ensure end to end design provides a practical, integrated business solution 
  • Ensure solution design is compatible with future strategies and vision
  • Developing plans based on a thorough understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) both Waterfall and Agile
  • Manage client interactions and demonstrate subject matter expertise
  • Manage individuals and teams; track and direct performance against objectives, create an atmosphere of trust and collaboration, and encourage improvement and innovation
  • Develop and execute test plans and test software configurations 
  • Provide training, demo & product walkthrough to client’s key and end users.

About You

Basic understanding of below Functional Processes:

  • L1, L2, L3 and L4 Work and Asset Management, Procurement processes
  • Journal Entry processing
  • Maximo integrations with legacy systems.


  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Retail, Mfg, Telco or Utilities Maintenance domain.
  • 4+ years of hands on working experience in Maximo V7 and different add-ons or industry solutions.
  • Working knowledge in at-least 1 end to end software implementation project using Agile methodology or waterfall methodology
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional use cases and carry out fit gap analysis of requirements with respect to functionalities available in Maximo and its add-ons or industry solutions.
  • Deep understanding of asset life cycle – Asset management, Work management, Procurement and Inventory, integration with finance systems (Journal entry summarization & posting process, payment processing).
