About this Opportunity

Metro Tunnel HQ has been developed as part of The Metro Tunnel Project as a physical walk-in-centre in the CBD that provides a permanent location for the Victorian community and visitors to learn about RPV's Projects.

The Information Centre Coordinator plays a dual role of providing exceptional customer service at Metro Tunnel HQ and becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the Rail Infrastructure Alliance (RIA) package of works, Melbourne Airport Rail (MAR) and Regional Rail Revival (RRR). As the SME, the Information Centre Coordinator will brief other HQ staff on RIA, MAR and RRR works and act as a conduit into the RIA Alliance, MAR and RRR Teams as required.
