Network Integration Division
The Network Integration Division transforms network strategies and plans into deliverable transport solutions. It does this by delivering informed investment options through planning and delivering infrastructure and deployment of asset management processes, including property.
Primary purpose of this role
The Senior Requirements Engineer ensures the governance for the project's tasks and conditions such as safety, technical and integration processes are well mapped and documented for the purpose of procurement and delivery.
Key role requirements
- Expertise: Demonstrated achievement in participating as a key member in mapping and eliciting project requirements on major projects, preferably in rolling stock and infrastructure.
- Stakeholder management: A track record of developing constructive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership and management: Leadership and management experience in defining and managing a project's set of requirements
- Strategic planning: Experience as a key contributor in the development of a project's set of assumptions of technical, end user and ongoing post-contract requirements.
- Project delivery: Evidence delivering the stakeholder management initiatives, maintaining communication lines and engagement during all phases of a project.
- Change management: Experience in managing strategic change initiatives through complex and challenging environments.
