About the Role:
An exciting administration opportunity working with the Frontline Learning & Development team is currently available. As Administrator you will focus on coordinating administration tasks for all Learning & Development activities within the region. Overall, you will contribute to the delivery of learning and training programs to enhance brigade capability. Reporting to the Lead, Learning & Development and working closely with Learning & Development Coordinators you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating all administrative requirements including support to meetings: agenda preparation, venue and catering.
• Providing administrative support for the preparation of high-quality documentation, data and training material.
• Providing administrative support to database and systems management.
• Contributing to the coordination of training instructor and training course scheduling.
• Managing communication and correspondence to support the Frontline Learning & Development team.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with internal and external clients.
• Assist with special ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced administrator with proven skills in drafting documents, correspondence and reports. You will demonstrate sound skills in MS Office, database management and ideally have some exposure to financial systems. Further requirements include attention to detail, accuracy, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently. You may be required to undertake occasional travel across the North West region and attend out of hours meetings.
