Program Marketing Adviser (Solar Victoria) (Vpsg4)

Seeking a proactive individual to contribute to the successful delivery of Solar Victoria’s marketing campaigns, strategies and activities.
The Program Marketing Adviser develops and implements innovative, high-quality and effective marketing campaigns, strategies and activities to support the achievement of Solar Victoria's program objectives and deliverables. The successful candidate will raise awareness of our programs and initiatives, educate Victorians on renewable energy, influence community mindsets towards solar, and increase uptake of Solar Victoria's various rebate streams.
We are looking for someone with proven marketing communications experience and a creative thinker, who has outstanding written and interpersonal skills, the ability to deliver multiple tasks and who uses their initiative. You will be a team-player who will also provide support for event, sponsorship, and media activity.
- Demonstrated experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating marketing campaigns, strategies and activities in alignment with program, and organisational strategic objectives to raise awareness and increase participation.
- Demonstrated creativity in thinking beyond traditional channels for marketing campaigns, strategies, and activities with the ability to apply innovative approaches to address issues and problems (i.e. social and new media technologies).
- Relevant qualifications in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field will be highly regarded.
This is a fixed term position available for a period of 2 Years.
