Who You are:
The Managing Director will need to be able to be front of house with key clients, offering strategic value and always looking to exceed their expectations.
You will have a deep understanding of (B2B) marketing and experience in delivery integrated, global and regional marketing programs. Ideally with a knowledge of strategic planning, media, search, social, ABM, creative, and content development.
You will be a natural leader, build and grow relationships easily and have exceptional communication and presentation skills. You will have a focus on the operations of the business and delivering the best possible performance from a revenue and profit perspective. You will be responsible for developing and implementing new process and structure to the business that can then be used to recruit against, ensuring the right team is in place and the skills in-house enable growth against global targets.
Overall management of the Just Global Marketing APAC Business Unit in Australia, with a single-minded focus on enabling delivery of business growth targets in the region.Requirements
You will be responsible for strategic, planning, creative, digital and client service resource, with a view to expanding the team based on services and clients we will be targeting growth within during FY21.
You will be focused on ensuring the business is run efficiently, ready for fast growth by implementing structures and processes aligned to future business change.
You will be an experienced marketer and business unit manager, having run small and large teams, with a background in digital and familiarity with the tech sector.
You will be a credible thought leader, with the force of personality and depth of knowledge to deal with senior Marketers within our client base, with experience that can be imparted onto your team to make them better digital marketers.
You will be KPI’d against the following areas:
Team Management – line of report for client team, working on development plans, recruitment & HR / legal responsibilities.
Organic Growth – work with client service team on senior client relationships, account plan development & implementation.
Product Development– development of new service area solutions specific to ANZ to increase opportunity for client sales.
Financial Planning & Management – client forecasts, monthly management reports & new business forecasting, inc management of external book-keepers. Work with APAC MD on FY targets & budgeting.
Business Profitability – 20% YoY revenue & profit growth.
Personnel Development – Successful implementation of 121 plans with data-led evidence of effective staff development.
Existing Client Targets – Achieving account targets in line with FY20 & FY21 forecast targets
Client Growth – Individual business targets for profitability against all existing & new clients, as agreed with APAC Management team.
New Service Delivery – 10% of all profits linked to new services (primarily digital) through FY21.
