CHEF/TRADE COOK (58 hours per fortnight) Maternity Leave Relief (Possibility of extension) Chef/Trade Cook Casuals Food Services Staff Casuals Lutheran Aged Care is seeking an experienced and 'inspirational' Chef who has the qualifications, experience (in the provision of excellent quality food for large numbers of people), skills and drive to play a key role in our food production kitchens during a period of maternity leave relief. The successful applicant for this maternity relief opportunity will have access to salary packaging during this period. We are also seeking Casual Chefs/Trade Cooks with the same passion whilst being willing to provide short term and ad-hoc relief. We also require casual food service staff who are able to support the dining experience of our residents. Hours will be for short-term and ad-hoc absences. Reporting to and working with the Hotel Services Manager and Catering Officer, the Chef will play a key role in ensuring that the quality and presentation of food; and services exceeds the expectations of our customers. Salary for each of these roles is in accordance with our Enterprise Agreement.
