Position Summary:The Senior Policy Advisor, Allied Health and Community Services Workforce, provides expert advice and contributes to allied health and community services workforce policy initiatives, including the identification of innovative workforce models, practices and working arrangements that meet areas of identified need, to support development of the workforce of the future. 

Reporting to the Manager, Manager Allied Health and Community Services Workforce, this role will ensure the required policy and programs are achieved and maintained to build a capable and competent allied health and community services workforce to deliver the department's key strategic outcomes.
