About the role
We are looking for an Enrolled Nurse (EN) to join our friendly team working with aged, community and post-acute clients in the Launceston area on a casual basis.
Our EN’s play a critical role in providing nursing services and personal care to our clients . They are responsible for providing assistance to each client in accordance with their service plan as well as assisting in monitoring the safety and well-being of clients and showing commitment to best practice and clinical excellence whilst ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of care.
We are seeking a qualified EN who has worked within the community previously and understands the significance of helping those to remain independent in their own homes.
What you bring
- Current EN certification, first aid certificate and a nurses’ board registration with APHRA
- Proficiency using MS Office and the ability to learn/adapt to new systems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in ambiguous situations
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Candidates with community experience will be highly regarded
- Flexibility to work additional hours during the week or weekend when required
